BUG: if the window is not appearing..
If you changed your monitor setup (like removing a second monitor) it's possible that the program
won't show up on the correct monitor.
In most case the manual deletion of the setting file will solve the problem.
The settings are stored in %APPDATA%\daoctb (type under 'run')
( This means with win-xp: c:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data\daoctb)
